Dr. Raman Achutharaman is group vice president and general manager of the Etch and Selective Products Business Unit where his strong technical background and overall industry experience are helping drive the division to success. Additionally, he heads the strategy and marketing group for the Semiconductor Products Group, which includes the Chemistry Center of Excellence. Dr. Achutharaman received his undergraduate degree in metallurgical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India and his doctorate in materials science and engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has published more than 20 papers, review articles and book chapters, and holds multiple patents.
